IST Management Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated Workplace Services Rover Specialist to maintain the exterior of our Port Arthur, TX offices and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include daily trash pickup, grounds inspection, and reporting facility issues. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends; competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Overview

We are currently seeking an energetic individual who is customer focused and driven to provide outstanding customer care in supporting the general exterior building upkeep at our offices to join our amazing team as a Workplace Services Rover Specialist located in our Port Arthur, TX location. This ideal candidate must be detailed oriented with the ability to work and care for the maintenance of the building grounds, cleaning up any debris, trash, etc while keeping management abreast and reporting any facility issues affecting the exterior areas of the building. IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.

Hourly Compensation:

$25.00 - $25.00 USD per hrly (DOE)

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may include some evenings and weekends)

Responsibilities

The Workplace Services Rover Specialist will be responsible for work and care of maintaining the building grounds, cleaning up any debris, trash, etc while keeping management abreast and reporting any facility issues affecting the exterior areas of the building. Additional responsibilities include:

• Performing daily pickup of trash, garbage, debris from the outside of the building
• Conduct general inspection of building grounds and report any issues affecting safety
• Ensure equipment used to perform daily tasks is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures

Qualifications

The qualifications for the Workplace Services Rover Specialist must be customer focused and driven to provide outstanding customer care in supporting the general building exterior upkeep at our offices. Additional qualifications include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Professional demeanor - a must
• Handling daily heavy lifting & ability to walk the building outside perimeters for extended periods of time
• Excellent organizational skills - detailed oriented
• Availability to maintain a flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends, etc
• Ability to trouble-shoot and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
