Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to elevate safety culture and protect associates across sites. You will drive data-informed safety programs, conduct audits, investigations, and training to prevent injuries and promote a proactive safety culture.

You will advocate for associate wellbeing, partner with leaders, and translate safety data into actionable improvements while maintaining operational efficiency.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background or 6 months Amazon safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues in the workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build cross-functional safety partnerships across the organization.
• Translate safety data into compelling narratives to influence positive changes and drive engagement in safety initiatives.
• Support emergency response and safety coverage at multiple sites and flexible shift scheduling.
