The role emphasizes data-driven programs, employee advocacy, and continuous improvement. Strong communication and knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 are essential, with eligible candidates holding a relevant EHS degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR a Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related background OR 6 months safety-related experience within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues in the workplace.
