Amazon in Kentucky (Hebron) is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, conduct audits and investigations, and deliver training that fosters a proactive safety culture. Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR a Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related background OR 6 months experience in a safety-related role within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues in the workplace.

• Drive safety programs through data-driven strategies and lead daily safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training and promote a proactive safety culture.
