Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to lead safety programs at its Erlanger, KY sites. Qualifications

• 1 year in an Environmental Health & Safety field OR a Bachelor's degree in EHS OR 6 months safety experience at Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analysis, judgment, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies, audits, investigations and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Advocate for associate wellbeing and build partnerships across the organization.
