Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. seeks a Safety Coordinator to oversee on-site safety at Pioneer Kian Teck, performing inspections, risk assessments and safety program delivery. The role requires coordination with authorities and maintenance of safety records, PPE, and 5S activities.

The ideal candidate holds O Level with Safety certifications (WSH), solid knowledge of WSH regulations, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Competitive monthly pay with allowances is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level with Occupational Health & Safety certification.
• Must possess WSH certificate.
• Relevant safety experience and good knowledge of WSH regulations.
• Good communication, observation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with WSH requirements.
• Perform risk assessments, identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety orientation, toolbox meetings and safety programs.
• Investigate accidents, near misses and safety non-compliance.
• Liaise with government authorities on safety matters and factory safety renewals.

• Support ISO 14000, factory meetings and 5S activities.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $3,700
Allowance: $150 + daily transport claim
