Job summary

Briotix Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver independent, 1:1 work comp PT for Working Athletes at our Everett, WA client sites. The role emphasizes ergonomic education, injury prevention, and return-to-work planning.

You'll build individualized treatment plans, document progress in Briotix Health’s EMR, and collaborate with medical teams to optimize workforce health. A 30-hour week with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure/certification to practice.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and ergonomics.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Physical Therapy services at 1 location in Everett, WA.
• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning.
• Review physician's referral and patient's records to determine PT treatment.
• Perform initial exam to identify problems and determine PT diagnosis.
• Collaborate with patient, medical practitioners, and others to plan interventions.
• Educate patients about intervention, risks, benefits and alternatives.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Document goals, progress and reevaluation plans.
• Administer physical therapy modalities and assistive devices as needed.
• Coordinate with work comp teams and clients for return-to-work programs.
