Job summary

Briotix Health is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to deliver onsite therapy at a single Everett, WA location. You will provide independent, 1:1 work comp treatment for Working Athletes, with a flexible 30-hour schedule across 3–5 days.

The role emphasizes patient education, ergonomic assessment, and individualized care plans, supported by Briotix Health’s EMR system. A strong clinical background in PT/OT and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
  • Knowledge/experience with Electronic Medical Records.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite Physical Therapy services at 1 location in Everett, WA.
  • Educate patients on PT/OT, injury prevention, ergonomics, and health strategies.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to restore function and reduce pain.
  • Review referrals and medical records to determine treatment.
  • Perform initial exams to identify problems and formulate diagnosis.
  • Collaborate with patients, clinicians, and others to plan and assess interventions.
  • Communicate treatment plans, risks and alternatives to patients.
  • Evaluate progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes.
  • Manage work-related discomforts and advocate for employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers' comp regulations and protocols.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift, with onsite hours scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Schedule Flexibility: This full-time position offers a 30-hour workweek with the flexibility to structure those hours across 3-5 days per week, based on candidate preference and client coverage needs. Whether you prefer fewer, longer days or a more traditional five-day schedule, we are open to finding an arrangement that supports both you and the client.

Salary: $93,500 annually

Onsite hours and scheduling may vary based on contractual client expectations.
*Salary may be negotiable based on credentials and experience.

Position Overview:

Briotix Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist.

A day in the life of a Briotix Health provider will include using your clinical knowledge and excellent relationship skills to provide independent, 1:1, work comp treatment to the employees of our clients.

Theposition provides individualized services topatients andthe clients of Briotix Health. These services includephysical/occupational therapytreatment, jobcoaching, return to work coaching, and earlydiscomfort management (EDM)services. ThePhysical Therapist/Occupational Therapist isresponsible forcoordinating with thepatient andclient to develop awell-roundedhealth and wellness program that will result in a more productive workforce.

Job Duties:

  • Provide onsite Physical Therapy services at 1 location in Everett, WA
  • Provide educational information about physical therapy/occupational therapy, injury prevention, ergonomics, and strategies for promoting health.
  • Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
  • Review physician's referral and patient's medical records todeterminephysical therapy treatment required.
  • Perform and document an initial exam to identify problems and determine aphysical therapydiagnosis prior to intervention.
  • Collaboratewith the patient, medical practitioners, and appropriate others to plan, implement, and assess the intervention program.
  • Provide information to the patient about the proposed intervention, its material risks and expected benefits and any reasonable alternatives.
  • Evaluatetreatment effectivenessat various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximumfunctionalbenefit.
  • Identify and document goals, anticipated progress and plans for reevaluation.
  • Administer treatment involving application of physical agents, using equipment, moist packs,ice,ultraviolet and infrared lamps,electric stimulation,and ultrasound machines.
  • Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices.
  • Onsite management of work-related discomforts and illnesses
  • Act as an educator and an advocate for the Working Athletes at your assigned clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on workers' compensation regulations and treatment protocols
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert and deliver customized Education and Training presentations
