Briotix Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide onsite workers’ compensation and workplace health services at a client location in Everett, WA. This role emphasizes individualized treatment planning, ergonomic guidance, and return-to-work support within a collaborative team environment.

You will assess function, develop goals, educate employees, and coordinate with care teams to improve function and reduce injury risk.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Current certification in CPR / BLS for health care providers.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite Occupational Therapy services at one client location in Everett, WA.
• Evaluate employees’ functional abilities, work demands, and barriers affecting safe and effective job performance.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans focused on restoring function and safe return to work.
• Review physician referrals, medical records, and job requirements to determine interventions.
• Perform initial evaluations to identify functional limitations and establish treatment goals.
• Assess tasks, body mechanics, and work environment factors affecting function.
• Collaborate with patients and stakeholders to implement return-to-work plans.
• Educate patients on proposed interventions, goals, and strategies to reduce reinjury risk.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify interventions as needed.
• Document measurable goals and progress; plan for reevaluation.
• Provide interventions to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and job performance.
• Recommend adaptive strategies and ergonomic modifications for safe work.
• Assist with transitional duties and return-to-work processes.
• Educate Working Athletes on ergonomics and workplace health.
• Maintain knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations and OT standards.
• Deliver education and training on ergonomics, injury prevention, and workplace health.
• Build relationships with client leadership and healthcare partners.
