Job summary

Briotix Health in Everett, WA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our industrial health team. You will provide independent, 1:1 work comp therapy to employees at one client site, focusing on injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness within the work environment.

The role offers a hands-on clinical position with opportunities to develop tailored treatment plans, collaborate with clinicians, and educate workers on prevention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
  • Current CPR / BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite Physical Therapy services at 1 location in Everett, WA.
  • Educate about physical therapy/occupational therapy, injury prevention, ergonomics, and strategies for promoting health.
  • Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
  • Review physician's referral and patient's medical records to determine physical therapy treatment required.
  • Perform and document an initial exam to identify problems and determine a physical therapy diagnosis prior to intervention.
  • Collaborate with the patient, medical practitioners, and appropriate others to plan, implement, and assess the intervention program.
  • Provide information to the patient about the proposed intervention, its risks, and expected benefits and alternatives.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness at various stages and adjust treatments for maximum benefit.
  • Identify and document goals, anticipated progress and plans for reevaluation.
  • Administer treatment involving physical agents and equipment.
  • Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices.
  • Onsite management of work-related discomforts and illnesses.
  • Act as an educator and advocate for Working Athletes at assigned clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on workers' compensation regulations and treatment protocols.
  • Be the SME and deliver customized Education and Training presentations.

Shifts:Monday-Friday, 1st shift, between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm
Salary Range**:$93,500

*on-site hours may vary based on contractual client expectations

Position Overview:

Briotix Health is seeking a full-timePhysical Therapist.A day in the life of a Briotix Health provider will include using your clinical knowledge and excellent relationship skills to provide independent, 1:1, work comp treatment to the employees of our clients.

Theposition provides individualized services topatients andthe clients of Briotix Health. These services includephysical/occupational therapytreatment, jobcoaching, return to work coaching, and earlydiscomfort management (EDM)services. ThePhysical Therapist/Occupational Therapist isresponsible forcoordinating with thepatient andclient to develop awell-roundedhealth and wellness program that will result in a more productive workforce.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on workers' compensation regulations and treatment protocols

Qualifications

  • Current certification in CPR / BLS for health care providers.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ clinical experience.

  • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
  • Preferred experience in Occupational Medicine or Worker’s Compensation Plans.
