EliseAI, headquartered in New York, seeks a Workplace Operations Associate to serve as the operational hub for our workplace team. You will coordinate daily office operations, partner with People Operations and IT, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of EliseAI's New York headquarters, ensuring the office is organized, welcoming, and operating efficiently.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Workplace Operations by monitoring Slack, email, office request forms, and other intake channels.
• Partner with Workplace Operations leadership, People Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to support workplace initiatives, onboarding, and technology needs.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and help design, implement, and improve workflows and SOPs.
• Maintain documentation, build repeatable processes, and help roll out new workplace programs.
