Ripple is building a dynamic Chicago office to support a growing team and evolving workplace programs. The Workplace Operations Specialist will stand up the space from day one, creating procedures and partnerships that foster an exceptional employee experience and seamless daily operations.

You’ll partner with internal teams and external vendors, manage facilities, and coordinate events to ensure a welcoming, safe, and productive environment for colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations including food programs, deliveries, mailroom, decor, and supply ordering.
• Ensure high service standards and a positive employee experience as the site scales.
• Develop, execute, and maintain office procedures for a brand new space.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and professional office environment as primary contact for employees and guests.
• Promote inclusion and collaboration across assigned office locations.
• Plan and execute employee events and onboarding logistics for a welcoming first day.
• Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events, including room setup and food orders.
• Support relationships with external vendors and building management to meet SLAs.
• Assist in updates to floor plans and moves for new hire space assignments.
• Collaborate with Global Workplace, Security, IT/AV, and Communications teams for daily operations.
• Act as escalation point for workplace feedback and resolution with Workplace team.
