Job summary

Ripple is building a new Chicago office and seeks a Workplace Operations Specialist to manage daily operations, employee experience, and vendor relationships from day one. You will help implement procedures, programming, and partnerships to create a welcoming, productive workplace.

The role requires problem-solving, collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required.
• 2–4 years facilities or workplace experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and interact with executives.
• Willingness to adapt and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations (food programs, deliveries, mailroom, decor, supplies).
• Ensure high service standards and positive employee experience as site scales.
• Develop and maintain office procedures for a brand‑new space.
• Be primary contact for employees and guests on workplace questions.
