Job summary

CHAOS Industries is seeking a proactive Workplace Operations Analyst to scale our physical workplaces and the systems that support them. You will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep complex projects organized, surface risks, track decisions, and drive initiatives.

You may lead initiatives from floor-planning software to scalable Jira environments, develop housing programs, and improve how workplace information is managed.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in workplace, operations, real estate, program management, construction, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute new offices, expansions, renovations, relocations.
• Own portions of real estate projects from planning through occupancy.
• Track decisions and drive follow-up across concurrent projects.
• Develop standardized documentation, templates, workflows, and processes.
• Maintain accurate records for leases, floor plans, vendors, and docs.
• Implement tools for workplace planning, project tracking, and coordination.
• Improve organization, sharing, and maintenance of workplace information.
