the company is transforming how organizations protect people and spaces with an AI-powered platform. The Senior Manager Workplace Architect will lead architectural planning, space design, and execution of office and lab environments from concept through construction documentation.

In this hands-on role, you will own workplace programming, test fits, documentation, and cross-functional coordination while establishing scalable design standards across the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in commercial architecture or workplace design; lead projects end-to-end.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of building systems, codes (MEP, ADA).
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Leadership experience mentoring or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong spatial planning with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with CAFM platforms, preferably OfficeSpace.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming, test fits, space planning, and floor plan development for offices, labs, and renovations.
• Produce and maintain complete drawing sets, construction docs, and details using CAD software.
• Establish and maintain workplace design standards and CAD libraries.
• Build and scale the Workplace Design function, mentoring team members.
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT, AV, and security disciplines.
• Conduct constructability reviews to improve execution before construction.
• Collaborate with Designers, PMs, consultants, and contractors to maintain quality and schedule.
• Align layouts with headcount forecasts and business needs.
• Develop scalable workplace planning strategies to maximize employee experience.
