Job summary

MovePlanGroup is seeking a Workplace Occupancy Coordinator to join our on-site team at a pharma-based client location in Gaithersburg/Rockville, MD. You will assist in occupancy data management, reporting and space planning activities, acting as an embedded resource within the client site operations team.

• Experience with large data sets, analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in occupancy reporting and dashboards.
• Familiar with CAFM/IWMS systems and asset management.
• Architectural or space planning experience.

• Maintain occupancy data, metrics and dashboards.
• Support monthly occupancy reporting, discovery and development.
• Support scenario planning, block and stack planning.
• Maintain and analyze supply/demand forecasts.
