Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Colorado Bar OR have an active Colorado Private Investigator License.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations in the public sector.
• Experience preparing written investigative reports and findings.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage workplace investigations for government and public-sector organizations.
• Conduct intake meetings and develop investigation plans.
• Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses; review documents and evidence.
• Assess credibility and apply appropriate standards of evidence.
• Prepare comprehensive investigative reports with factual findings and defensible conclusions.
• Manage multiple investigations with timelines and maintain confidentiality.
