Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Athletic Training required
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification

Responsibilities

• Through observation of employee work performance, assess body mechanics and determine risk.
• Develop and document injury prevention plans for on-site employees.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Provide health education and coaching to optimize employee well-being.
