Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess health status and craft individualized improvement plans for on-site employees.

You will assess body mechanics, document treatments, and coach employees toward injury prevention while supporting OSHA-related recordkeeping and wellness education. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC.

Responsibilities

Assess employee body mechanics and determine risk; create an improvement plan.
Document treatments and coach for continuous improvement.
Understand OSHA 29 CFR 1904.7 recordkeeping.
Address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to prevent injuries.
Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
Educate on wellness and disease prevention topics.
