Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a REWS Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily site operations across all REWS programs and manage the office environment. You will act as a business partner for the organization, coordinating with Verily teams and staff in operations of the office.

You will support vendor management, safety initiatives, space planning, and onboarding, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace for staff across locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Office Management roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilities operations, preventative maintenance, building systems, and space/inventory management.
• Comprehensive vendor management experience covering RFPs, contracting, performance evaluation, and spend management.
• Exceptional customer service, multitasking, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations across all REWS programs, including Facilities, Food Service, Reception, Janitorial, and Office Management.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, onsite performance, equipment maintenance, and timely payment processing.
• Direct location budget tracking, cost control, expense monitoring, and financial forecasting in partnership with management.
• Lead site safety, emergency preparedness, code compliance, and business continuity initiatives in collaboration with EHS.
• Drive site experience through stakeholder communication, event execution, space planning, employee onboarding, and front-desk reception duties.
