Job summary

Verily Health Inc. seeks a senior real estate and workplace services executive to drive strategy and execution across global facilities, offices, labs, and manufacturing spaces.

You will partner with finance, legal, security, and Alphabet stakeholders to optimize portfolios, manage risk, and deliver new capabilities for Verily's business, engineering, and operations teams. A 15+ year track record in global REWS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 15+ years of business experience.
• 10+ years leading real estate, facilities, EH&S, or workplace services.
• Experience managing multi-site, rapid-growth environments across office, lab, depot, and manufacturing spaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Transaction Management program and negotiate lease terms.
• Lead annual REWS budget development and cost-effectiveness strategies.
• Manage domestic and international service providers and contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Security, and Operations to manage portfolio risks.
• Align with business partners to deliver optimized real estate and facilities solutions.
