Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Culture Manager to lead and develop the Culture team, coordinating culture initiatives and events across the organization. You will partner with Facilities, Marketing, Corporate Security and IT to ensure branding standards are upheld and projects run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Culture team and ensure alignment with corporate branding and events.
• Coordinate culture and event needs with Facilities, Marketing, Corporate Security, and IT.
• Train and orient office staff and Frontline Brand Keepers at locations to ensure brand integration.
• Manage the Frontline Brand Keepers program and ensure professional communication across teams.

As a Culture Manager, you are responsible for the ongoing supervision, development and oversight of employees on the Culture team. This role will maintain open communication with management and department leads to ensure coordination of culture and event needs. Attend and provide oversight of planned events. Manage projects with Facilities Management, Marketing, Corporate Security, and Information Technology to assure branding initiative projects are completed and adhere to corporate brand standards, policies, and procedures. Oversee the Frontline Brand Keepers program. Train and orientate office support staff and Frontline Brand Keepers at office locations to ensure integration of the Michels brand, cross selling the company culture and Corporate Services Team (CST). Critical for success are the abilities to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain organization while providing direction and leadership.

What it takes:
