Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Risk Systems Specialist in Texas to provide technical support for Risk systems and collaborate with internal and external customers. You will assist in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications and integrations for the Risk department’s data processes.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a drive to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with administration of IT systems or other business initiatives (desired).
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (desired)
• Experience working as a liaison (desired)
• Experience working on cross-functional projects (desired)
• Experience with Origami and Salesforce (desired)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels.
• Work with various stakeholders to understand business and deliver effective and innovative technology solutions improving Risk systems.
• Involved in design, development, testing and deployment of applications, integrations and enhancements for Michels Risk department’s systems and data processes.
• Embark on professional, proactive communication and collaborate across teams to ensure timely results.

As a Risk Systems Specialist, you are responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels. This position will work with various stakeholders to understand business and deliver effective and innovative technology solutions improving Risk systems.
