Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa is seeking a Work Experience Manager to lead the onsite experience program for our client. You will oversee ambassadors, coordinate with facilities, design, space planning and operations to deliver exceptional employee experiences, and use data to drive improvements.

This role requires at least five years of related work, a four-year degree, and outstanding communication and hospitality skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in real estate services, travel/hospitality, brand/product management, management consulting, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ambassadors and day-to-day people management for Lead Ambassadors at a building or site.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Lead Ambassadors; address complaints and questions.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management, Design, Space/Occupancy Planning, Strategy, and Communications to implement client-specific programs.
• Gather Voice of the Customer data to capture service needs and share with leadership.
• Lead hospitality training programs to ensure courteous, urgent assistance for employees and guests.
