Job summary

Care.com in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Workplace and Hospitality Specialist to manage the Dallas workplace operations, meetings and events, and people engagement. Reporting to the Director of Workplaces, you will shape an efficient and welcoming environment aligned with our culture.

The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for belonging. You’ll coordinate office services, plan monthly town halls, engage ERGs, and collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to align

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or facilities management.
• Experience in planning and executing complex meetings and events with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Responsive, flexible, adaptable.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Have a “Make things happen” mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Management: Plan and manage daily office operations and delivery of services, ensuring compliance with policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against objectives and our hospitality experience.
• Meetings and Events: Plan, coordinate and execute events, monthly townhalls and executive meetings within policy and budgeting requirements.
• People Engagement: Develop and implement engagement activities fostering belonging and collaboration across the company.
• Leadership and Development: Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to align workplace strategies with business objectives and cultivate vendor partnerships.
