About The Role

We are seeking a proactive, customer-service oriented, and organized Workplace Experience Coordinator to support our San Francisco headquarters and satellite offices. This in-office role reports to the Sr. Director of Places and involves maintaining smooth office operations and enhancing the workplace experience for employees and visitors.

The base salary range for this in-office position in SF Bay Area is $76,000 to $114,000, based on experience and skills.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the primary contact for all office-related matters.
  • Manage office access, security, and greet visitors.
  • Oversee vendor relationships for supplies and services.
  • Plan and coordinate onsite events and gatherings.
  • Organize weekly meals and manage office attendance logistics.
  • Handle vendor insurance certificates and office expenses.
  • Support reception duties and manage mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols, including co-managing the Emergency Response Team.
  • Respond to office requests and handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Assist with special projects and perform hands-on office tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in office administration, workplace coordination, or hospitality.
  • Passion for creating a welcoming environment.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience with vendors, security systems, and problem resolution.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing organization with flexibility and adaptability.
