Job summary

AlertMedia in Austin is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience professional to enhance employee engagement and the overall office experience. You will coordinate programs and events, support employees, and collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a warm, approachable presence, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail. This is an in-office position, Monday–Friday, based at our Austin headquarters.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in workplace experience, employee engagement, hospitality, event coordination, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the follow-through to manage multiple programs and projects at once without dropping details
• A warm, approachable presence and excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with employees, executives, and visitors alike
• Comfort coordinating with vendors and platforms (like our employee gifting platform) without owning the vendor relationship itself
• Proficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft 365 with heavy PowerPoint usage , Slack); experience with event-planning or gifting-platform tools is a plus
• A proactive, detail-oriented, no-task-too-small mindset, and genuine enthusiasm for creating a great employee experience
• Ability to be onsite at AlertMedia’s Austin headquarters Monday- Friday during normal office hours
• Ability to lift or move materials as needed
• Self-starter and team player, willing to jump in on all projects as needed
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support to all employees
• Location: This is a full time, in office position in Austin, TX. Must live in Austin or surrounding areas.
