Flik Hospitality, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to support employees in a flexible desk environment, ensuring safe, comfortable, and functional workspaces and seamless service from arrival to departure.

You will partner with Workplace Leads and Site Leaders, greet employees, assist with directions, support events, manage access and safety tasks, monitor spaces and AV, help new hires navigate the workspace, and resolve issues with a proactive, confidential approach.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees and guests with directions and resources.
• Promote engagement and community through activities.
• Support safety, badge access, and facilities tasks.
• Monitor spaces and coordinate AV maintenance when needed.
• Onboard new hires and help them navigate the workspace.
• Log issues and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
