Responsibilities

• Work as a business partner with Workplace Leads, Site Leaders/Coordinators and teammates, assisting in all areas of office services/operations and ensuring tasks are accomplished in a timely manner
• Greeting arriving employees and assisting with directions, escorts and helpful resources.
• Be a known helpful resource to employees.
• Help promote engagement and facilitate a sense of community.
• Collaborate with Site Leader to facilitate engagement activities bringing the employee base together.
• Support additional functions including fire/life & safety and badge access.
• Monitors events and office activities to ensure satisfaction of guests and resolution of problems.
• Regularly walk the site and be available to support employees.
• Monitor meeting spaces and report inconsistencies; coordinate AV maintenance if necessary.
• Assist new hires or relocators to navigate and become familiar with their workspace.
• Ensure issues are logged and reported; follow-up for resolution.
• Monitor & analyze data for issue trends; work with Facilities Management and tech teams on resolutions.
• Build positive relationships to resolve issues quickly across stakeholders.
• Support all customer inquiries with a confidential approach.
• Assist new hires with campus tours and orientation.
• Be a visible presence in the workplace with a can-do attitude.
• Provide information about the community, directions, attractions, dining, and nightlife.
