Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, implementing workplace strategy and standards while guiding design associates.

You will deliver space-efficient solutions, prepare final client concepts, and present data analytics in compelling presentations. The role requires strong CAD skills, CAFM proficiency, and experience managing complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5-8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture, space planning, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• AutoCAD required (REVIT a plus).
• Proficient with CAFM software such as Serraview, Manhattan, Center Stone, Planon, Archibus, etc.
• Proficient in programming and space planning for varying sized spaces.
• Ability to read and review construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for the account and implement workplace standards.
• Create space layouts and test fits; propose improvements.
• Provide proposals to maximize space efficiency aligned with CRE goals.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Portfolio Strategist, Project Management, and other CRE team members.
• Organize data analytics and space solutions into client-ready presentations.
• Ensure designs meet safety, codes, and client requirements.
