OhioHealth is seeking a Workplace Accommodation Case Manager to oversee ADA accommodations for associates, including evaluating leaves and at-work accommodations. The role provides expert consultation on ADA, leave of absence, and FMLA to internal and external counsel.
Responsibilities include advising on interactive processes, coordinating accommodations, and assisting with job placement for associates with permanent or temporary restrictions.

A Workplace Accommodation Case Manager assists with all aspects of ADA accommodations for OhioHealth associates including evaluating leave as an accommodation, at work accommodations, intermittent leave as an accommodation, and job placement for those associates unable to return to their jobs due to restrictions related to an illness or injury. Position is responsible for providing expert consultation on ADA reasonable accommodation, Leave of absence and FML cases to internal and external legal counsel.
