Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver direct ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans in a supportive setting across multiple VA locations.

Responsibilities include one-on-one work with children, following established plans, and participating in a collaborative team to ensure quality care. Opportunities for career growth available, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical endurance for long periods of standing, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive therapy environment.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
