Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. You will work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans, with schedules at our center-based locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions include long periods of standing, sitting, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support BCBA clinicians in program delivery and data collection.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
