Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• May involve long periods of standing, sitting, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with daily activities and implement treatment activities as prescribed.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
