Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans in center-based settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential physically demanding tasks may include standing, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as part of center-based care.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
