Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide direct ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision in a center-based setting. You'll work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans and participate in a collaborative team to support each child's progress.

Requirements include a high school diploma/GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; candidates must be able to meet physical demands and work well both independently and as part of

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks as needed in a classroom/therapy setting.

Responsibilities

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one‑on‑one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
