All Weather Contractors in Tampa, FL is seeking a Mechanical Field Manager to lead commercial and multi-family operations onsite. You will direct field crews, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure safety and quality on every project.

This role requires hands-on leadership, 5+ years in mechanical trades, EPA Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel for project needs. The position offers nights/weekends as needed and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on mechanical trade experience in commercial or multi-family environments.
• Active Universal EPA Certification and a Valid Driver's License.
• Proven ability to lead field employees and trade subcontractors while performing mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, installation standards, diagrams, and safety regulations.
• Personal hand tools and diagnostic gauges are required for mechanical service work.
• Willingness to travel to Jacksonville and occasional out-of-state travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems according to project requirements.
• Oversee daily field operations, internal technicians, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet specifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on mechanical trade experience in commercial, multi‑family, new construction, or renovation environments.
• Active Universal EPA Certification and a Valid Driver's License.
• Proven ability to perform mechanical repairs independently while leading field employees and trade subcontractors.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, installation standards, technical diagrams, and safety regulations.
• Possession and maintenance of personal hand tools and diagnostic gauges required for mechanical service work.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of hands‑on fieldwork in varying site conditions.
• Occasional travel to the Jacksonville office, and open to the possibility of travel out of state when new projects arise.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Completion of trade school, formal apprenticeship, or technical training in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical trades.
• Active OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour safety certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing system testing, equipment startups, quality control, and project closeouts across multiple job sites.
