Job summary

All Weather Contractors seeks a Regional Multi-Family Renovation Superintendent to lead premier multi-family renovation projects across South Florida. You will direct field teams, coordinate trade subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This role involves managing 50% travel with OSHA 30 certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong scheduling skills to coordinate complex site activities. The company offers ESOP, a company vehicle, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction supervision or multi-family renovation.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver's license.
• Experience managing multiple active sites and trade subcontractors.
• Proficient with BuilderTrend, Sage 300, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned multi-family renovation projects to ensure safe, timely delivery.
• Direct field operations, subcontractors, and self-performing crews across sites.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules using BuilderTrend.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead regular site safety meetings.
• Partner with PMs on budgets, schedules, change management, and client expectations.
• Manage subcontractor performance with QC inspections and issue resolution.
• Maintain daily field logs and documentation using BuilderTrend, SharePoint, and Sage.
• Perform site visits and travel up to 50% to manage multi-site operations.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus the opportunity for prevailing wage jobs as well as ESOP.
• Location: South Florida Region (Onsite), 50% travel

You will serve as the primary on-site field leader driving regional multi-family renovation projects across South Florida. How You Will Make An Impact

• Oversee all phases of assigned multi-family renovation projects to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
• Direct daily field operations, trade subcontractors, self-performing work crews, and material suppliers across assigned sites.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules using BuilderTrend to coordinate daily sequencing and trade workflows.
• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies by leading regular site safety meetings.
• Partner with Project Managers on budgets, schedules, change management, and client expectations.
• Manage subcontractor performance by conducting quality control inspections and resolving field conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily field logs, progress reports, and job documentation using BuilderTrend, SharePoint, and Sage software.
• Perform site visits and travel up to 50% to manage multi-site project operations effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in construction supervision, multi-family renovation, or project management.
• Valid OSHA 30 or higher certification.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Proven track record of managing multiple active job sites, complex schedules, and trade subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting systems.
• Professionalism working in both unoccupied and occupied units.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Formal Quality Control training and experience with design-build renovation methodologies.
• Professional experience using BuilderTrend, Sage 300, and Field Materials software.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
