Job summary

All Weather Contractors seeks a Commercial HVAC Installer to install, replace, and upgrade commercial and multi-family HVAC systems on-site. You will apply your mechanical expertise to deliver reliable climate control while collaborating with trade partners and property managers.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on installation experience, can read drawings and schematics, and holds a valid driver's license. EPA Universal Certification and a High School diploma are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience on commercial and multi-family projects.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment on commercial and multi-family properties.
• Troubleshoot split systems, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers and related components.
• Fabricate and route ductwork; install thermostats and plumbing components.
• Use ohmmeters and welding equipment for precise system connections.
• Maintain digital logs, inventory, and project documentation on tablets.
• Collaborate with trade partners and property managers to ensure timely delivery.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Install, replace, and upgrade commercial and multi-family HVAC equipment according to plans and schematics.
• Execute precise troubleshooting across split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and refrigeration units.
• Fabricate and route ductwork systems while installing digital thermostats and system plumbing components.
• Utilize specialized tools, ohmmeters, and welding equipment to perform accurate system connections.
• Maintain accurate digital work logs, inventory details, and project documentation on company tablets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional trade partners and property managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Enforce strict OSHA guidelines and company safety regulations to maintain clean, organized job sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on HVAC installation experience, specifically multi‑family and/or commercial projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrated proficiency installing split systems, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, and ductwork.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blue prints accurately.
• Possession and maintenance of personal HVAC tools and gauges.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong background in multi‑family housing projects or commercial HVAC installations.
• Experience with boilers, heating systems, or ammonia refrigeration.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook and company iPads for daily field documentation.
