Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a Working Janitorial Supervisor for a Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shift at our manufacturing facility. You will manage the janitorial team, interview, hire, and train staff, and ensure a safe, clean environment while aligning with client requirements.

The role requires 2–5 years of supervisory janitorial experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to quality and safety.
