Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a Janitorial Site Manager for a manufacturing facility. This working position will oversee cleaning operations across three shifts, interview and train janitorial staff, and ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and visitors.

You will manage day-to-day scheduling, perform walk-throughs, and communicate with the client to meet contract requirements while supporting Allegiance's culture and safety standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Janitorial management experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff.
• Ability to follow schedules and maintain reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned site and perform scope of work for 3 shifts.
• Interview, hire, and train janitorial staff.
• Oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments of janitorial staff.
• Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and cleaning inspections.
• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel.
