Job summary

Murphy's Family Staffing is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Foreman / Working Foreman for an established contractor in Palmyra, PA. This hands-on leadership role requires pipefitting, welding, millwright work, and the ability to lead a crew on industrial projects.

Direct-hire, permanent, full-time position with competitive pay. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in industrial mechanics, reads blueprints, and keeps safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical experience.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, layout, pipefitting and installation.
• Experience with industrial welding processes and metal fabrication.
• Read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Travel daily to regional jobsites; work independently or lead others.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipe layout, fitting, fabrication and installation.
• Read piping drawings and specifications to ensure quality.
• Lead and mentor foremen, mechanics, welders and pipefitters onsite.
• Coordinate daily work activities, tools and materials.
• Maintain safety and quality workmanship; communicate with customers.
