Job summary

Methuen Construction is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to safely and efficiently manage tradespeople, equipment, and materials on a full-time basis. You will mentor teammates, enforce safety standards, and oversee piping installation and mechanical system work on industrial projects.

The role requires at least 5 years of industrial construction experience, valid trade licenses, and a readiness to travel within the Northeast. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of general construction disciplines with focus on mechanical systems and rigging.
• Experience planning and executing piping installations (flanged, grooved, welded, glued, mechanical).
• Experience assembling and installing industrial machinery and related equipment.
• Ability to provide layout and measurements from benchmarks and control points.
• Ability to review job cost and labor production reports.
• Knowledge of corporate quality control programs.
