Mid-Atlantic Industrial Construction, LLC (MAIC) is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman to oversee and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial process piping systems in the Baltimore Metro area. Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial pipefitting experience.
• Experience leading crews in foreman or lead pipefitter roles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and managing project priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Baltimore Metro area, including Aberdeen, MD to Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pipefitters and craft personnel on industrial construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute piping installations in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, P&IDs, and other construction documents.
• Install, assemble, modify, and repair process piping systems, valves, pumps, and related equipment.
• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower assignments, and project priorities.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and workmanship to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all company and client safety procedures.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and material handling practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, clients, and other trades to support project execution.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Assist with estimating labor requirements and planning project execution.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, and project documentation.
• Support fabrication, installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities as required.
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic.
