Job summary

PC Construction Company is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead and perform on self-perform projects with a range of trade disciplines. The role requires three years as a mechanical foreman and six years of total experience installing flanged piping and site utilities.

Experience with large-diameter above/underground piping, ductile iron systems, and wastewater equipment installation is essential. Willingness to travel to jobsites and assist with ancillary metals is required.

Qualifications

• Three years experience as mechanical foreman.
• Six years overall experience with installation of flanged piping systems and site utility piping.
• Experience with large diameter above/underground flanged and ductile iron piping systems.
• Experience with installation of process equipment for a Wastewater Treatment Plant.
• Expertise with rigging of piping and equipment.
• Willingness to assist with ancillary work such as miscellaneous metals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the crew.
• Read and interpret drawings, perform material take-off, and order materials.
• Plan and schedule the work for the crew, daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including integrating subcontractor work as needed.
• Work with tools when needed, and teach/mentor others to do so.
• Travel to jobsites as required.
