Job summary

Unicon Systems is seeking a Workfront Sr. Integration Consultant with 10+ years of IT and enterprise integration experience. You will lead end-to-end Workfront and Fusion implementations, integrating with AEM, AJO, Campaign, and Target to automate workflows across enterprise environments.

You will design scalable integration solutions, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to best practices. This fully remote role requires USC/GC work authorization and W2 employment only.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT, consulting, or enterprise implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise integrations and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, AJO, Campaign, Target).
• Experience with enterprise-scale implementations, process analysis, and technical documentation.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workfront Sr. Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, enterprise integrations, and business process consulting. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, design scalable integration solutions, and drive workflow automation across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level business process solutions using Adobe Workfront.
• Lead end-to-end Workfront and Workfront Fusion implementations, integrations, and automation initiatives.
• Integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and third-party platforms.
• Develop scalable, reliable integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Lead technical discussions, solution design sessions, and implementation planning with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee Workfront Fusion development, ensuring adherence to integration best practices and scalable architecture.
• Configure Workfront workflows, custom forms, templates, reports, queues, and business process automations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, provide technical solutions, and deliver post-deployment support.
• Document business processes, technical designs, integration workflows, and implementation procedures.
• Mentor team members, support client adoption, and continuously improve implementation methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT, consulting, or enterprise implementation experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end enterprise integrations and workflow automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, third‑party integrations, and API‑driven development.
• Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEM, AJO, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
• Experience with enterprise‑scale implementations, business process analysis, workflow configuration, and technical documentation.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, troubleshooting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, manage multiple priorities, and mentor technical teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must be available for W2 employment only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Workfront certification.
• Adobe Workfront Fusion certification or relevant integration credentials.
• Experience with enterprise content supply chains, marketing technology platforms, and digital workflow automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
