Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Analyst & Project Manager to support the Adobe Workfront project team within the Marketing Operations function.

The role partners with Marketing, Product, and IT to translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee Workfront initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing Process Owners and business teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive adoption of Workfront best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Jira.
• Experience supporting enterprise workflow platforms and marketing operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and documentation.
• Demonstrated influence without authority.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for development teams.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Monitor risks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate across Marketing operations, IT, and Marketing technology teams.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
