Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the CBP Workforce Wellness Program in the United States. You will supervise daily operations, ensure all contractual requirements are met, manage budgets, and coordinate with community partners to deliver comprehensive health and wellness services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in people management, planning operations, budgets, and projects.
• Experience with health and wellness programs, counseling or related services is preferred.
• Experience serving Law Enforcement or first responder populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CBP Workforce Wellness Program.
• Ensure contractual obligations, deliverables and reporting are completed accurately and timely.
• Manage program budget and forecast expenditures to meet financial outcomes.
• Lead staff development, training and continuous process improvement.
• Represent the program to stakeholders and maintain partnerships for service delivery.
