Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Health and Wellness Practitioner to design and implement a Workforce Wellness Program for CBP personnel and families. You will deliver individual and group coaching, mindfulness sessions, and resilience training across multiple locations, emphasizing mental and emotional well-being and sustainable lifestyle changes.

The role requires travel, a strong background in wellness coaching, and certifications (NBC-HWC preferred).

Qualifications

NBC-HWC preferred.
Wellness Coach Certification preferred.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Certification highly desirable.
National Wellness Institute's Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and facilitate individual and group wellness coaching sessions focusing on stress management, emotional resilience, and well-being.
Utilize motivational interviewing and positive psychology to guide clients toward sustainable choices.
Lead wellness workshops on mindfulness, work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and coping strategies.
Provide mindfulness-based interventions, including guided meditation, breathing exercises, and stress-reduction techniques.
Coordinate with Health and Fitness Coaches to ensure an integrated wellness approach.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure privacy and compliance.
