Job summary

Hadrian is expanding its training footprint in Los Angeles and seeks a Workforce Training Coordinator to organize in-person pilot programs, build training spaces, and help stand up new teams and sites. You will coordinate schedules, inventories and access across multiple teams to ensure programs run smoothly from day one.

You’ll work closely with facilities and workplace teams to plan spaces for upcoming factories, maintain records and trackers, and anticipate risks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a coordination, project coordination, logistics or operations support role.
• Experience launching new programs, teams, spaces or sites on time.
• Experience managing schedules and resources for multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Organized with attention to details and deadlines.
• Comfort with calendars, spreadsheets and project-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person pilot programs in Los Angeles with participants, trainers, space, equipment and materials.
• Support new training teams as they stand up and ensure spaces, materials, schedules, and access.
• Plan training facilities for upcoming factories with facilities and workplace teams.
• Create schedules, trackers and checklists and maintain training records.
